Karin Gregory

Karin Gregory is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Blue Highway Capital, where she invests growth equity in profitable rural businesses — the manufacturers and industrial companies building real things in places most capital drives past. Her firm writes checks of three to ten million into companies that are already working but can’t get past a ceiling, and her job is deciding which of those are worth backing and then helping them climb. She came to it after thirty years practicing law and a stint as an investment professional at Mass Ventures, which means she’s spent a career on both sides of the table — first as the person telling founders what could go wrong, now as the one betting it won’t. Essentially, she looks hard at businesses everybody else overlooked and finds the ones that were always going to make it.
