There is no doubt that 2020 was a year like no other and that 2021 will certainly not revert back to the old normal.  Covid-19 initiated many transitions and change:  From face to face selling to online, from handshaking to emojis, from office work to home office chaos.

Yet, one thing stayed constant.  Many of the most important brands we have grown to know and love over the years.  They may have had to adjust – like us.  They may have transitioned to offer alterations on what they used to offer.  They may have changed all together.  However, the feeling and the comfort they give us is still here.  It is the sense of familiarity that drive us to them.  It is what make us want to buy.
